Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This page sets out two sets of terms. The Website Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits haverstockcapital.co.uk. The Investor Portal Terms of Access apply in addition to anyone who signs in to portal.haverstockcapital.co.uk, and are accepted at every sign-in.

Part A — Website Terms of Use

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Haverstock Capital LLP (“Haverstock”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, of St Martin’s Courtyard, 11 Slingsby Place, London WC2E 9AB, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use this website.

2. Regulatory status of the content

This website is directed only at professional clients and eligible counterparties. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any investment, or investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. The Important information shown on this website applies to all of its content and prevails over these terms on any regulatory matter.

3. Our intellectual property

This website and everything on it — including its text, data, graphics, images, video, the selection and arrangement of its content, its design, layout, structure, navigation and overall look and feel, and the source code, scripts and stylesheets that produce it — are owned by or licensed to Haverstock and are protected by copyright, database right and other intellectual property rights. “Haverstock”, “Haverstock Capital” and the Haverstock logo are our trade marks. All rights are reserved.

4. What you may do

You may view this website, and print or download extracts of its content, solely for your own internal purpose of finding out about Haverstock, provided that you do not alter them and that you keep every copyright and other notice on them.

5. What you must not do

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you must not:

  • copy, reproduce, imitate or adapt this website’s design, layout, structure, look and feel, text or code, in whole or in substantial part, including to create, design or inform any other website, portal, document or material, whether for yourself or for anyone else;
  • create derivative works from, republish, sell, licence or otherwise commercially exploit any part of this website;
  • frame, mirror or embed this website or any part of it within another website or service;
  • use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access, copy or extract content from this website, except that search engines and AI assistants may index the public pages of this website in accordance with our robots.txt;
  • use any content from this website to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model;
  • remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other notice, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests an association with or endorsement by Haverstock; or
  • use this website in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or impairs it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

We monitor use of this website as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or block access to it at any time. If you use this website in breach of these terms, your right to use it ends immediately and we may take whatever action we consider appropriate, including legal proceedings for an injunction, damages and an account of profits.

7. Accuracy, availability and liability

The content of this website is provided for general information only. We aim to keep it accurate and current but give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and it may change without notice. We do not guarantee that this website will be available or free of errors or viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or any website linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including our obligations to you under the FCA’s rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you use this website apply to that use.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or this website (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Part B — Investor Portal Terms of Access

1. Application and acceptance

These terms apply to the Haverstock investor and partner portal at portal.haverstockcapital.co.uk (the “Portal”) and to everything made available through it, including factsheets, due-diligence questionnaires, presentations, track records, the coverage universe, newsletters, data, downloads, the due-diligence assistant and any calculators or other interactive tools (together, “Portal Materials”). You accept them each time you tick the box at sign-in, and by using the Portal. They apply in addition to the Important information you accept at sign-in, any non-disclosure agreement between your firm and Haverstock (which prevails over these terms for the information it covers), and Part A above.

2. Who may use the Portal

Access is granted to named individuals at firms we have approved, for that individual alone. You must not share your sign-in codes, links or sessions, allow anyone else to use the Portal through your access, or use it on behalf of anyone other than your firm. We may grant, limit, suspend or withdraw access at any time, without notice and without giving a reason.

3. Confidentiality and permitted purpose

Portal Materials are confidential and proprietary to Haverstock. You may use them only to evaluate a potential or existing investment in, or business relationship with, Haverstock (the “Permitted Purpose”). You must not disclose them to anyone except those of your firm’s employees and professional advisers who need to see them for the Permitted Purpose and who are bound by duties of confidentiality at least as strict as these. You are responsible for any breach of these terms by anyone to whom you disclose Portal Materials.

4. The Portal itself is ours

The Portal’s design, layout, structure, functionality, workflows, interactive tools and software, and the way it organises and presents information, are confidential information and intellectual property of Haverstock, in the same way as the documents within it. You must not copy, reproduce, imitate or adapt any of them, reverse engineer the Portal, or use the Portal or any Portal Materials to design, build, benchmark or improve any website, portal, product, tool or service, whether your own or anyone else’s.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use any robot, scraper, crawler, script or other automated means to access the Portal, or to download or extract Portal Materials in bulk;
  • capture, record or screenshot the Portal or Portal Materials for any purpose other than the Permitted Purpose;
  • upload or enter any Portal Materials into any third-party artificial-intelligence tool or model, or use them to train or fine-tune one;
  • remove, obscure or work around any watermark, confidentiality notice or access control; or
  • attempt to access any part of the Portal or any information that has not been made available to you.

6. Monitoring

We record access to and use of the Portal — including the pages and documents viewed, time spent and downloads made — as described in our Privacy Policy. Downloaded documents may carry a watermark identifying the recipient. We may use these records to enforce these terms.

7. Breach

If you breach these terms we may suspend or end your firm’s access immediately, and on our request you must promptly return or destroy all Portal Materials in your possession or control. You acknowledge that damages alone may not be an adequate remedy for a breach of these terms and that we are entitled to seek an injunction and other equitable relief, in addition to any other remedy available to us.

8. No offer or reliance

Portal Materials are provided for information only, subject to the Important information. They are not an offer or solicitation, nor investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.

9. Duration, changes and governing law

Your obligations under these terms continue after your access ends. We may revise these terms at any time; the revised terms apply from your next sign-in. These terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or the Portal (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
